Warranty Information
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Product’s description, we provide a warranty from delivery and for a period of 3 months on all registered machines. For batteries the warranty period is thirty (30) days. However, this warranty does not apply in the circumstances described below.
The warranty does not apply to any defect in a products arising from:
a) fair wear and tear;
b) willful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;
c) your failure to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions;
d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorized repairers; or
e) any software installed by you or on your behalf; or any file corruption, internet usage or any virus or bug which infiltrates or damages the products.
The warranty described above. shall apply to hardware products only. Batteries will only be considered defective if they have less than 50% capacity remaining. If you are a consumer, as defined in the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC (as amended), this warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
We reserve the right to test any products returned to us in accordance with these Terms. If, on testing, it transpires that you have not complied with the provisions of these Terms and/or any products returned to us is damaged through misuse, is missing parts or is in an unsalable condition due to your own acts or omissions, we will have no liability to repair or replace the products and shall be entitled to return the products to you in their existing condition.

Awesome service and customer service

Been Using Kelsus for a few years now and every time they have been brilliant, we had a problem with one pc once and that was resolved super quickly, all PC's are now bought from Kelsus

Superb machine, and excellent customer service

A superb workstation at an incredible price! I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and the machine was delivered first thing on a Tuesday morning. Not only had Kelsus responded quickly to a couple of queries on my order, they even installed a basic graphics card so I could check the unit worked before I broke the warranty seal to install my own kit.
The unit is very well thought out, making it a doddle to install your own kit, plus it is very quiet and runs cool, seemingly with a dedicated fan for every component. The only downside is that the case had some damage - inevitable with a secondhand machine, but at a saving of well over £1k on buying new, I'm not going to quibble.
I would not hesitate to recommend either Kelsus or the Z600.

Power for the price of a Pi!

Okay - it cost a bit more than a Rasberry Pi, but the Z600 is fantastic! Great price, quick order turnaround and works perfectly. It is now happily running my Lightroom workflow significantly faster than the Lenovo ThinkCentre M90P that I was using before.
Will definitely buy from KelsusIT again!

Fantastic Machine

I don't generally do online reviews. BUT... I think I got lucky.. So, Just purchased a Z600 from Kelsus IT via Ebay, didn't know what I'd get, being refurbished, needed it spec'd to run 3D CAD - Inventor 2018. Paid less than £300 so was a little dubious about the quality. I gotta say its an absolute beast of a machine, all great condition components. Spec - Quad X5560 CPU, 24GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 1TB HDD, DVD-RW, Quadro 600 card, Wifi USB. And warranty... Also packed well, delivered on time.
The down side: SATA data cable was missing from DVD drive
Up side: Kelsus next day delivered the brand new cable to my door, no questions at all.
Definitely will buy again when kit is needed.

Fast delivery, excellent packing, good quality, fair price

I received my Z 600 in 7 days (delivery to Slovakia), all the configuration specifications were satisfied, the HD was even larger and I got also the mouse, wifi adapter and keyboard as a bonus. Installation of Debian 9 on the machine was without problems. The price for choosen configuration is very competitive.

Absolutely Unbeatable Deal - First Class

When my trusted Lenovo i5 Laptop gave up the ghost a few weeks ago I was well and truly stuck! I didn't have the budget required to go and get a suitable replacement and ended up scouring the internet for something that fell into my budget and that had the capacity to run my graphic heavy workload (i'm a graphic and web designer) and to be honest I was not finding anything that I could afford.
Cue Kelsus IT... What can I say, I built a machine with dual processors, A SSD Hard Drive and a further 2TB Hard Drive 24GB RAM and a dedicated graphics card... delivered for less that £400! Suffice to say I paid on my credit card just in case these lot were a bunch of scammers!!! when I have looked up a similar spec to what I was receiving at Kelsus IT it was over £1300!
Well to round off this review, It came on time, it was well packaged and the machine is incredible! Maybe I was lucky, maybe they are too good to be true? I have no idea but what I will say is that I called them twice before I made the purchase and they were incredibly helpful on both occasions. I can't say "buy with confidence" as I really don't know any more that purchasing this one machine from them, what I can say however is based on THIS experience I will certainly be purchasing from Kelsus IT again and can vouch that my experience was first class, the machine is first class and the price was first class.
