Information about us

The terms and conditions set out the way in which KelsusIT operates via our website and its subsidiaries.  Our website is intended for UK and European residents who are over 18 years of age.

KelsusIT is a company registered in England and Wales under Technimove Recycles Ltd, company registration number 7543774, and having its registered office at 16 Spitfire Business Park, 1 Hawker Road, Croydon CR0 4WD.  If you have any questions about this terms and conditions notice or do not agree with it, please contact us at customerservices@kelsusit.com before using this website.



Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors occur.  As a large volume of our stock is refurbished or used, the images and descriptions of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are designed to provide you with an approximate idea of the products available.  Although we have made every effort to display the true colour and cosmetic condition of the products, we cannot guarantee that this will accurately reflect the true state of each products.  Accordingly, the products which are supplied to you may vary slightly from the images on the website.

As our business involves the sale of refurbished and used products, the detailed specifications of the products on our site reflect the specifications provided by the relevant manufacturer.  Additional information and specifications of the products on our website may be available from the manufacturer direct.  Please contact us should you have any queries or wish to obtain additional product details prior to placing your order.

KelsusIT warrants that the products will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by KelsusIT.  It is the responsibility of the customer to check the compatibility and suitability of the products for any particular purpose prior to ordering.  We. KelsusIT, hereby reserve the right to make, without notice, such minor modifications in specification, design or materials as it may deem necessary or desirable by experience.

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.  We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if a product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order.

KelsusIT may accept or reject any order at our own discretion, whether on account of the equipment being no longer available or for any other reason whatsoever.  Should such a situation occur, KelsusIT.com cannot accept your order.  In the event of any inaccuracy, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.  The information displayed upon making an order is deemed an invitation to treat, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The between KelsusIT and you, the customer, is confirmed upon supply of goods.



We aim to dispatch your order same day (if received before 12 noon) for next day delivery.  If upgrades to hardware or software are requested, please allow an additional 24 hours for dispatch so we can fully test the products before shipment.  International orders are generally received in less than 7 working days within Europe.

Deliveries to UK & Ireland are free of charge and will be delivered within 2 working days of dispatch.  Please e-mail customerservices@kelsusit.com for a delivery quotation for the following territories: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands and the Scottish Islands.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the buyer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.  Delivery will be completed when KelsusIT products are delivered to the address supplied to us during purchase (checkout) and the products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you, the customer, when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges and there will be no delivery until all funds have been received.

Any items returned to us via courier "refused", "addressee gone away" or cancelled orders will be subject to full cost of the impaired delivery.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
  • civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
  • fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
  • impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
  • impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
  • the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.  We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.

Order online with In-Store Pickup

  • Many of our items can now be ordered online and picked up at our Croydon Warehouse.
  • Add your items to your shopping basket and within your sales notes add 'WAREHOUSE PICKUP' as the shipping method.  You will then have to indicate who will be making the pickup if it is someone other than yourself.  The person picking up the order will need a photo-ID at time of pickup.
  • Warehouse Pick-up is not available as an option if any other items in your order are selected to be shipped.  For same-day service, we must receive your order no less than two hours before the store closing time.  See contact us page for hours.
  • You should receive an email (up to 45 minutes) after completing your order indicating that your order is ready for pickup, which will also contain your unique Pick-up ID Number.  Please wait for this email before coming to the warehouse to pick up your order.  Upon arriving at the warehouse, proceed to our gate area.  Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be cancelled.

Please Note

When picking up your order, you or your designee will need to provide:

  •    A copy of the Order Confirmation email
  •    A valid ID



For most product deliveries we use DPD as courier and offer next day delivery as standard with a tracking number which will be issued once your order has been confirmed so that your products may be tracked.  Smaller items may be sent via the Post Office and orders (over 30Kg volumetric weight) where pallets are required, may be delivered by pallet distributors.  Deliveries are limited to a maximum weight of 30kg for a single parcel by European Health & Safety regulations and therefore all individual items exceeding this weight (physically or volumetrically) must be, as part of an order or individually, shipped using a pallet freight service.  If this is the case then we will inform you and request any relevant shipment surcharges.



Kelsus IT is committed to the provision of quality and reliable products with outstanding customer service.  Buyers are entitled to cancel their orders and return the products within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods, including shipping.

The following returns procedure and policy should be followed:

1. The buyer must contact us via e-mail prior to returning goods at customerservices@kelsusit.com.
2. The buyer must return the product(s) to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving the goods.
3. All return products must be packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and warranty registration shipped with the product.
4. The buyer must include Name, Delivery address, Date of Purchase and Order Number.
5. All items must be returned to the following address:

6. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Kelsus IT recommends that you:
(a) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and;
(b) either insure your package for safe return to Kelsus IT or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (a) use a carrier that offers tracking or (b) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

7. As soon as we receive the goods in their original condition (sealed), with all labels intact, we will endeavor to process your request for either a product exchange or a refund at purchase price of the product(s), as quickly as possible.  This process usually takes 2-5 working days.

Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer’s expense.

These terms and conditions do not affect consumers' statutory rights as contained in current legislation governing the relationship between consumers and businesses.

Return goods for refund is governed under The Sale of Goods Act and Distance Selling Regulations.


Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.  If you do not receive your products as ordered, please contact us.  In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours.  For any incorrect items received, all delivery charges will be refunded back to your credit/debit card.

Should you deem a product to be defective, not as described or otherwise unsuitable, then we reserve the right to repair, replace or refund the item.  We will notify you of our intentions via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.  We will usually process your repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the defective product. 

If you request a refund of a product returned by you because of a defect, it will be refunded as per our refunds policy, including a refund of the delivery charge related to that defective product for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by returning the defective product to us (subject to a maximum reimbursement equal to the original outbound shipping cost).  If you are entitled to a repair or replacement of a defective product, we will not charge you for re-delivery of the repaired or replaced product.

We will endeavor to arrange collection for all defective, damaged and not as described items.  Where this is not possible (including all destinations outside of Mainland UK) we will reimburse return shipping costs at our discretion up to a maximum reimbursement equal to the original outbound shipping cost of the goods.


Export Restrictions

If you order products from our website for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to export/import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined.  We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Product Descriptions

The images and descriptions of the product(s) on our website are for illustrative purposes only and are designed to provide you with an approximate idea about the product.  We try to be as accurate as possible, however we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, completely reliable, or error free.  It is the responsibility of the customer to check the compatibility and suitability of products for any particular purpose prior to ordering.  From time to time there may be information on the website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any of these errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT and delivery within UK and Ireland.  KelsusIT.com may provide discount codes or run promotions on this site.  These promotions may not be used in conjunction with any other offers unless stated otherwise.

The price of any products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.  Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Acceptance Confirmation.

Our website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.  We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you.  If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions prior to dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.

We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Acceptance Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.

Payment for all products must be by credit or debit card.  We shall not dispatch any products until we receive cleared funds.  No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds.  Please be aware that if you are using Paypal as your payment method we reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted by us to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure.  Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.  If there is a problem taking payment for all or part of your order, we may contact you by telephone or e-mail.  We will charge you an administration fee of £5 each time your bank is unable to process your payment.



Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Product’s description, we provide a warranty from delivery and for a period of 3 months on all registered machines.  For batteries the warranty period is thirty (30) days.  However, this warranty does not apply in the circumstances described below.

The warranty does not apply to any defect in a products arising from:

a) fair wear and tear;

b) wilful damage, abnormal storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you or by any third party;

c) your failure to operate or use the products in accordance with the user instructions;

d) any alteration or repair by you or by a third party who is not one of our authorized repairers; or

e) any software installed by you or on your behalf; or any file corruption, internet usage or any virus or bug which infiltrates or damages the products.

The warranty described above shall apply to hardware products only.  Batteries will only be considered defective if they have less than 50% capacity remaining.  If you are a consumer, as defined in the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC (as amended), this warranty is in addition to your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.  Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office.

We reserve the right to test any products returned to us in accordance with these Terms.  If, on testing, it transpires that you have not complied with the provisions of these Terms and/or any product(s) returned to us is damaged through misuse, has missing parts or is in an unsalable condition due to your own acts or omissions, we will have no liability to repair or replace the products and shall be entitled to return the products to you in their existing condition.
