1) How do I contact KelsusIT?

You can use our web chat feature to chat with our expert customer services representative during office hours, contact us via email or you can simply give us a call on: +44 (0) 203 002 5558

 

2) Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours and if you placed your order before 2pm you can expect your parcel to arrive the following working day.  If you place your order after 2pm we will do our best to ship the following working day for next day delivery.  Please note that delivery times depends on our stock availability, rest assured that a member of our team will contact you if there are any delays.

 

3) Can I track my order?


We will always include the tracking number with your order and if you have provided your email and/or mobile number these will help to generate shipping notifications for you.

Should you not receive any information on your mobile or email please check http://www.dpd.co.uk/service/ with your consignment number.

Should you have any difficulties with tracking your parcel, please give us a call on 0203 002 5558 or email our customer service representatives who will be more than happy to assist you.

 

4) Can I collect from your store?

We do offer collection on exceptional occasions, please contact our friendly customer service representatives so they may assist you.

 

5) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various methods of payment such as:

    • Visa Credit
    • MasterCard
    • PayPal

 

6) Do you accept PayPal?

Yes, you can use your PayPal account to place orders online at KelsusIT.com

You should sign into your KelsusIT account (if you haven't got an account then create one so you don’t miss any of our deals) and when you check out you will be offered the choice to pay using PayPal.

You can also pay by card using PayPal without having a PayPal account.

 

7) Can I custom build a machine or upgrade my existing one?

You can design your own machine in just a few steps.  Start by adding a processor, memory, graphics card, how many hard drives and the size you would require to store all of your information, your desired operating system and of course, let’s not forget primary accessories such as monitors, making your machine Wi-Fi enabled, keyboard and mouse.

All of our computers and workstations are fully built and tested by our expert in-house team technicians and come with a 3 month no hassle collect & return warranty with the option to upgrade to a 1 year warranty.

8) Can I cancel or change my order?

If for any reason you want to cancel your order and return it or simply change or upgrade, please contact our expert customer service representatives via email, phone or web chat and they will be more than happy to assist you in this matter.

9) I have a problem with my product, what do I do?

Did you know that as part of our excellent customer service we offer remote support to all of our customers?

If you are experiencing any problems or difficulties with your product, simply use our warranty registration page to register your product.  Once your warranty has been completed and submitted simply contact our customer service representatives via email, phone +44 (0) 203 002 5558 or web chat for assistance.

 

10) My item/s has arrived faulty or damaged, what do I do? 

If for any reason your product arrives faulty or damaged, you must contact us immediately. 

If the box has been damaged by the courier you can simply refuse to sign and not accept the parcel.  Please contact us immediately so that we can get your replacement product shipped asap.

 

11) What if I order on a weekend or bank holiday? 

We operate during business hours only Monday to Friday 08:30AM to 5:30PM excluding bank holidays.

Should you place an order outside of our operational hours, your order will be processed on our next working day.

 

12) What can I do if I don't like my purchase?  

If for any reason you simply do not like your product, please contact our expert customer service representatives via email customerservices@kelsusit.com, phone 0203 002 5558 or web chat so they can assist you in this matter.
