Most of what we sell comes straight from corporate refresh cycles. A business replaces a few hundred Latitudes or ThinkPads every three or four years; the outgoing units are typically well-specced, well-looked-after and nowhere near end of life. We buy those fleets, put every unit across the bench, and sell them on at a fraction of the original invoice.

Delivery normally takes 5–7 days from your order. Need it sooner or want a firmer date? Message us before ordering and we'll give you a more accurate time frame. Which service we use depends on the size of the item, and the option (and cost) is shown at checkout before you pay:
Small packages (docks, chargers, cables, drives) go by Royal Mail 48, tracked.
Laptops, desktops and monitors go by DPD, tracked and insured, with a one-hour delivery slot texted to you on the morning of delivery.
Servers, racks and bulk orders go on a pallet. We'll call you after ordering to agree a delivery day and check access at your end.
You can also collect for free from our warehouse in Hackbridge, Wallington, Surrey, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. Choose "Collect from Hackbridge" at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready.
If it isn't right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll take it back for a full refund. Please keep the packaging in the meantime. For faulty items we cover the return cost; for change-of-mind returns we ask you to cover the return postage or drop it back to Hackbridge.
Every unit is bench-tested before it leaves us and covered by our 14-day returns if it arrives faulty. For longer cover, add a 1-year warranty (£49.99) or 2-year warranty (£99) to any PC or laptop in the same order; we register it against the machine's serial number and it covers hardware faults from the date of delivery. Software, accidental damage and consumables aren't covered, but call us anyway; we can usually help.
Drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 before resale and loaded with a fresh, licensed copy of Windows 11 Home (or the OS shown on the listing). Need Pro for BitLocker, Remote Desktop or domain join? Add the Windows 11 Pro upgrade (£34.99) and we install it before dispatch. No old user data, no bundled software, no trials.
All prices on the site include VAT at the standard rate. A VAT invoice is emailed with every order. Trade and education buyers ordering in volume should contact us for a quote.
