Warranty Information
We offer a 90 day warranty period (optional 1 year extension available) as standard with all our machines. This is a fully comprehensive warranty that covers parts and software that comes installed on the machine. Any 3rd party software installed on the machine causing viruses or windows file corruption will not be covered.
Any machines that are sent out that are damaged in delivery or arrive with a fault will be collected the same day if we are made aware of the fault by 12PM and replacement sent the next day at our cost.
We also offer a 7 day no questions asked return policy, if for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase you can return the item at no cost to yourself.
